Mexican oilcloth & laminated fabric bags
not so plain jane started because my children take so much food to school I couldn't fit everything in a conventional lunchbag so I made some for them from oilcloth. Then I started making bags as I needed them and people were wanting to purchase the different types I had made as they were so useful. Mexican oilcloth is an excellent fabric for bags and accessories as it is so easy to keep clean, you just wipe it with a damp cloth and it always looks brand new! Mexican oilcloth is a tough hardwearing fabric that is cotton based and has a PVC layer on top.
